I took the hard-disk out and backed up the contents though. I then caught wind of my brothers friend who had just got a new laptop because his old one was broken, turns out it was the 12" powerbook g4 800 mhz, with 256RAM.. So it was a bit of a downgrade, but not by much.. I am going to put in a 1GB ram stick, and a new battery and it should be slightly better than my old one...
